PHA不适用。不是所有工具都好用。

我们是还没有正式生产，又进行了一大堆变更。大神，你们一般使用什么工具呢

PHA适用于项目早期的宏观风险快速识别，你们已经有大量的文件输出，已经不适用了。
用FMEA比较合适些，能比较细致系统的识别风险，进而做出有效措施加以控制。现在FMEA使用过程中不能可以关注RPN值了，可能会把高风险低概率的情况判定为可接受等情况，需要更多维度来把控风险。
