物料过复验期后的评估

TGA检查后给出这样的缺陷：
The procedure for the management of materials permitted retesting of starting raw materials beyond the suppliers’ retest/expiry date. This was not appropriate without data to justified the extension of the suppliers’ retest/expiry date.
物料管理程序允许超出公司复测期/有效期的物料可以进行复测。这是不合适的，因为没有数据来证明延长供应商的复测/有效期是合理的。
过复测期后，大家怎么评估的？如何给出第二个甚至第三个复测期？
