那USP61这句话又怎么理解：
“For solid media, growth obtained must not differ by a factor greater than 2 from the calculated value for a standardized inoculum. For a freshly prepared inoculum, growth of the microorganisms comparable to that previously obtained with a previously tested and approved batch of medium occurs”
1、standardized inoculum中的菌浓度怎么确定？
2、previously tested and approved batch of medium occurs是不是就是对照培养基？

previously tested and approved batch of medium occurs可以称之为对照培养基
但与中国所谓的对照培养基是不同的
这个有点像OOS调查中的对照样品
是指你之前用过的（经过证明或批准的）培养基
这种作法有点像一些包衣粉的颜色检查方法
standardized inoculum应该就是指以这种对照培养基计出的结果

不好意思
没有扫描仪
只能用手机拍
所以效果要差一些
不过你们自己的应该也很快就到了

问题是，如果我第一次开展微生物试验，做培养基促生长试验时，哪来的previously tested and approved batch of medium occurs？

第一，应该有市售的
