UPDATE ON IMPORTANT NEWS concerning sales and distribution of Reference Standards as from June 2015

重要新闻 ：关于2015年6月起标准品销售和运输

Dear Customer, 尊敬的客户

As advised in our previous letter, we are ready to migrate to a new system for ordering, distributing and invoicing of reference standards. We can now announce that the new system will go-live on Thursday 4th June 2015.

Whilst we wish to minimise the impact on our usual processing times, we will be unable to process orders between 1st and 3rd June. Consequently, our last dispatching plan for reference standards and publications before the go-live date will follow the schedule below:

之前我们已发函我们将要采用新的订单系统销售标准品以及开具发票。我们现在宣布新的系统将自2015年6月4日周四开始运行。

我们希望能尽量减少对我们常规处理时间的影响，因此我们在2015年6月1-3日之间将不能处理订单。据此订出我们在新系统上线前最后的标准品和出版物的发运计划时间表如下：

Orders received after these dates will be processed starting from the 4th June and dispatched starting from Monday 8th June.
