培养基模拟灌装充氮气怎么模拟使用，有做过培养基模拟灌装验证三级过滤的大佬吗？

使用无菌压缩空气代替，以促进微生物生长。若这都没长，氮气就更安全了。

请教一下，如果工艺中使用氮气，是否需要在培养基模拟灌装中额外考虑厌氧菌的生长情况？

好像药典微生物的标准就是需氧菌总数，至于厌氧菌我也不太清楚，有懂微生物的可以说说

anaerobic simulation is intended. In these situations, inclusion of occasional anaerobic simulations as part of the
overall validation strategy should be considered (see paragraph 9.33 point iii).

如果不是绝对厌氧环境，用压缩空气代替。当然绝对厌氧环境，你用的培养基也不同。
