土霉素的工艺，太过粘稠了，怎么改进下。土霉素20g，氧化镁1.7g，天门冬氨酸11g，吊白块0.5g，乙醇胺6.5mL，丙二醇60mL，注射水定容至100mL。
国外工艺：

土霉素注射液, 200mg/mL处方如下：

OXYTETRACYCLINE INJECTION 200 Each mL contains 200 mg oxytetracycline as base, 40.0% (w/v) 2-pyrrolidone, 5% (w/v) pvidone K17, 1.8% (w/v) magnesium oxide heavy, 0.2% (w/v) sodium formaldehyde sulphoxylate (as a preservative), monoethanolamine and/or hydrochloric acid (as required to adjust pH).

土霉素注射液, 300mg/mL处方如下

300 PRO LA (Oxytetracycline) Injection is a sterile, pre-constituted solution of the broad-spectrum antibiotic oxytetracycline dihydrate. Each mL contains 300 mg oxytetracycline as base, 40% (v/v) glycerol formal, 10% (v/v) polyethylene glycol 200, 2.7% (w/v) magnesium oxide, 0.4% (w/v) sodium formaldehyde sulphoxylate (as a preservative) and monoethanolamine (as required to adjust pH).
