意外的看到了ISPE将要出有关CV的Baseline Guide了
比较期待啊
Baseline® Guide: Science and Risk-Based Cleaning Process Development and Validation

PDA的CV指南毕竟还是更倾向于无菌制品的, ISPE的这份, 应是更大众化一些吧. 而且有专门的Cleaning Process Development环节, 并且是Science and Risk-Based的.

附件中一篇2011年发的介绍该Baseline Guide基本思路的一篇文章
就算从2011年开始起草算, 这个Baseline Guide到现在也4年了, 时间挺久了
希望以后有机会能有幸瞻仰到全文真容吧!
