各位大佬，有谁做过生产制造过程中的风险管理资料吗？小弟突然需要制作一套(从计划到残留风险和对策)，若有哪位大哥有做过，麻烦分享一套....拜谢！！

評估內部與外部的PMS資訊, 當該風險確實已發生或是與我方產品有關時, 應執行風險管理
