ICE Bioscience team has been working on targeted protein degradation for years and we’ve seen very good data in in vitro degradation, anti-proliferation and biomarker regulation assays, but very rare in in vivo study. In the past decade, we generated and validated hundreds of cell membrane protein stably overexpressing cell lines, e.g. for ion channels, GPCRs and Tyrosine-kinase receptors, as we know people have tried a lot on intercellular protein degradation on undruggable targets, what could we do to target membrane proteins by degraders based on our platform?

Now we have strategic collaboration with DEL company in China who has expertise screening membrane protein target molecules, also we could leverage our experience on antibody and PROTAC screening to find new modality to degrade membrane proteins, welcome any further collaboration and discussion on this fantastic field.
