想请问大家出口美国的产品是从个体开始带UDI吗？
说一下情况吧。我们的产品是以盒进行售卖，盒是最小单元，但是一盒里面有100根这样子的，产品是一次性产品。

我之前一直很疑惑为什么根上面，每一根的包装上面不带UDI。盒子是有带UDI的。

我去找了一下法规，在CFR801.30里面找到了一条。

[size=13.3333px](3) Individual single-use devices, all of a single version or model, that are distributed together in a single device package, intended to be stored in that device package until removed for use, and which are not intended for individual commercial distribution. This exception is not available for any implantable device. The device package containing these individual devices is not excepted from the requirement of § 801.20, and must bear a UDI

[size=13.3333px]但是这个[size=13.3333px] [size=13.3333px]which are not intended for individual commercial distribution.是指不是以一根一根卖的吗？我们确实是以盒售卖的，不是卖一根一根的。

您提到的英文说的很清楚啊，盒子上有就行了，不是植入类产品就行。
