New Indian state of Telangana – impact on CEPs新印度邦特仑甘纳邦---对CEP的影响

The creation of the new Indian state of Telangana on the 2nd of June 2014 has an impact for CEPs and applications for CEPs (new and revision).

印度于2014年7月2日新增了特仑甘纳邦，对已有CEP和CEP申报（新申报和修订）造成影响。

Many of the addresses mentioned on CEPs and in CEP applications which are currently listed as being in Andhra Pradesh are now in this new state of Telangana.

许多在CEP和CEP申报资料上提到的地址原列在安德拉邦，现在要列入新的特仑甘纳邦。

Holders of CEPs and applicants for CEPs are reminded that it is their responsibility to update their CEP applications. EDQM will therefore require companies to update this information in all applications.

需要提醒CEP持有人和CEP申报人是，其负有责任对其CEP申报进行更新。EDQM将要求公司对所有申报中的信息进行更新。

For on-going applications (new and revision), companies should submit an application form as soon as possible with the new address details, as well as an updated section 3.2.S.2.1 if necessary.

对于正在进行的申报（新的和修订），公司应尽快提交申请表，列明地址详细信息，必要时对3.2.S.2.1部分进行更新。

If the address(es) mentioned on a CEP which is about to be granted are in the state of Telangana this will be included in the address(es) on the CEP by EDQM. Holders will then be expected to provide an updated application form and if appropriate an updated section 3.2.S.2.1, at the next revision or by 31 August 2015.

如果在即将颁发的CEP中提到的地址处于特仑甘纳邦，则将EDQM放在CEP地址中。持有人应提交更新表格，适当时，在下次修订时更新3.2.S.2.1部分，或在2015年8月31日前进行更新。

For already granted CEPs and where there is no on-going revision, holders should submit notifications in compliance with the current EDQM procedures for all affected CEPs by 31 August 2015.

对于已经颁发的CEP证书，如果并没有正在进行的修订，持有人应在2015年8月31日前，按现行EDQM程序针对所有受影响的CEP提交通知。
