standard侧重于表示“基准”。例如：USP Standard
criterion（criteria）侧重于表示“判定依据”。例如：acceptance criteria
specification侧重于表示“技术方面的要求，规范，标准”。例如：Out Of Specification

第一个一般表示标准物质，偶尔作为质量标准；第二个一般作为证明书，尤其是分析报告单，COA的C就是这个单词；第三个规格，一般认为就是质量标准（具体项目的限度）

之前搜集的别人的相关回复供参考： 一个企业制定的质量控制标准都应该使用“specification”，而作为某种试剂、基准物质、标准品的效力性或强制性“标准”，才用“standard”一词。
criteria 应该是指质量标准中某个具体检测项目（例如酸度、比旋度，含量等）的“合格指标”（比如在多少范围内，不得过多少，不得少于多少，无色或不得深于几号比色管等等），符合这个criteria意味着该项目的检测结果可接受，否则就是不合格；而Specification指的是全部的criteria以及其检测的分析方法所构成的一个整体，一个完整的质量标准。
