注射用水测定pH是按什么方法？

比较纠结的是：

注射用水检测pH时，加入0.3ml饱和氯化钾（目的是：增强离子浓度），我不解的是：直接用4.01和6.86校正之后测定？还是按弱缓冲溶液的pH值测定？

【备注：对弱缓冲液的测定，先用邻苯二甲酸氢钾标准缓冲液校正仪器后，更换供试液进行测定，并重新取供试液再测，直至pH值的读数在1min内改变不超过±0.05单位为止；然后再用硼砂标准缓冲液校正仪器，再如上法测定；两次pH值的读数相差不超过0.1，取两次pH读数的平均值为其pH值。】

我想问问各位前辈：应该用哪种方法？？

4.程序 Procedure：

4.1供试溶液的制备：取本品100mL，加饱和KCl溶液0.3ml，制备两份。
Test solution preparation: transfer 100mL of WFI, add 0.3ml of saturated KCl solution. Prepare in duplicate.

4.2先用pH 4.01的标准缓冲溶液校正pH计，测定供试品溶液，并重取供试品溶液再测，直至pH值的读数在1分钟内改变不超过±0.05止，记录数值。
Calibrate the pH meter with pH 4.01 standard buffer solution, then test sample solution and take the sample solution to retest, until the reading of the pH change within 1 minute not more than ± 0.05, record values.

4.3 再用pH 9.18的标准缓冲溶液校正pH计，测定供试品溶液，并重取供试品溶液再测，直至pH值的读数在1分钟内改变不超过±0.05止，记录数值。
Calibrate the pH meter with pH 9.18 standard buffer solution, then test sample solution and take the sample solution to retest, until the reading of the pH change within 1 minute not more than ± 0.05, record values.

4.4取值：两次pH值的读数相差应不超过0.1，取两次读数的平均值作为测定结果。
Test result: if the reading are not more than 0.1 between test 1 and 2, take mean of two times test value as the test result.

我们是参照CP/EP/USP ，方法优先EP，可接受标准取限度最严者
