申请SRN的资料需要提供海牙认证吗？

各位同行好，我们在Eudamed上申请SRN，按照要求提供了所需的资料，但是在主管机构审核的时候要求我们将营业执照、声明文件、欧代协议经有资质的翻译机构翻译成当地语言，且都要做海牙认证，之前并未听过这种说法，我想请问这是哪个法规要求的，还是不同地区主管机构的特殊要求？

我们申请SRN的时候，确实要求提供营业执照、相关声明等文件，但不需要进行海牙认证啊，不过是22年申请的了。你可以直接咨询欧代，问他们为什么要提供就行了。

是主管当局直接发了一份正式的文件，要求补充以下三份文件，并需要海牙认证或当地领事认证，宣誓翻译成当地语言，
1）营业执照
2）a statement on the persons representing and the manner of representation，不确定到底是什么申明，代表人员和代表方式到底是指啥？提到 if on the basis of the copy referred to in item 1, the data of the persons representing the manufacturer and the manner of such representation cannot be verified;
3） a power of attorney confirming his authority to act on behalf of the manufacturer. 也不确定是啥授权书，感觉跟欧代协议差不多啊

3）原文是“On behalf of the manufacturer, the application may be submitted by a proxy (natural person), holding a power of attorney confirming his authority to act on behalf of the manufacturer. The power of attorney in the original or a notarized copy must be attached to the application for an SRN. ”，请大家帮忙看看是不是就是欧代协议啊~

三份文件都是注册时需要的文件。但是为什么需要海牙认证或者当地领事认证，这应该是在做自由销售证明时候需要的。

我也不明白，但官方就是这么回复的，可以告知下2）和3）到底是啥文件吗？

应该是欧代协议和欧代PRRC的授权书。这个应该是欧代解决的问题。
