关于CEP授予的一个问题

隐约记得EDQM发过一个东西,生产工艺与EP描述不同的API不予授予CEP.比如说EP中定义是植物提取的,我工艺是发酵的,不予授予.

但是找不到原文了.

哪位大虾知道,能找到链接吗?

不好意思，我恐怕是来找抽的。
因为我觉得这个问题问得很奇怪，实际工艺与上报的不一样当然不给通过，这个还要查条款吗？

不是的,EP里面DEFINATION 或者 PRODUCTION有时有来源的描述.

已经在问EDQM了，有回复贴在这里吧。

我理解，药典最先收载的往往是原研工厂的，工艺杂质等等信息都比较清晰了。工艺与EP不同的，应该按照新药处理了，首先杂质谱不同了。

EDQM 回复并给了出处:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I once read this but could not find the source at your web-site. I would be very grateful if you can send me the link.
I remembered if a process is different from one depicted in the PRODUCTION or DEFINATION of EP, CEP application would be blocked.
Say if I obtain Frangula bark dry extract from other bark than Frangula bark, or even fermentation; or Epirubicin from E.coli other than Streptomyces, then EP application would be block.

Am I right? I hope I can get the link form you.

The Defintion section of a monograph is mandatory. There is a doucmnet on the EDQM website regarding this:
Definition section of Ph. Eur. monographs and CEPs (PA/PH/CEP (12) 112, December 2012)
  
The production section is advisory and it amy be possible to discuss this, if you have a real case.
