工艺变更导致清洁工艺再验证

A change control system is critical for ensuring maintenance of the validated state for cleaning processes.The change control system should cover all key parameters and components of the cleaning system to ensure that all changes with a potential to impact maintenance of the validated state are evaluated. This includes not only changes in the cleaning process but also changes in equipment and changes in the manufacturing process (e.g., a change in temperature in a manufacturing process) that might affect the performance of the validated cleaning process. Quality pre-approval and tracking ofchanges are key requirements for this system.

Visual examination after each cleaning process is another type of routine monitoring. Visual inspection after each cleaning process typically does not involve disassembly of equipment solely for the purpose of that inspection.

每次清洁程序完成后所进行的目视检查一般不会仅仅因为这种检查目的而对设备进行拆卸。这句话如何理解呢？？？？？

目视检查部位能够方便观察，也就是说不能为了观察清洁效果把设备拆开。

应该是在拆卸清洁完毕后就检查，不要清洁完毕组装完毕才去检查，再拆开可能会产生污染

由于这个问题就会衍生出清洁验证在工艺验证之前进行，那么如果工艺验证没有成功，那么清洁验证是否也不成功？？？同时关于工艺的变更对清洁验证的影响，那么这个“变更”可能需要进一步的评估是否对清洗验证有多大影响吧。（英文中单独引用了一个温度的变更？？）。这个还需要老师们进行指导！谢谢！@hongwei2000 @领松（GMP） @四叶花 @石头968

改变生产工艺是否进行清洁验证，要看生产工艺对残留物、污染物的基线影响和清洁难易程度的改变。

工艺变更主要成份也不会变，评估一下残留量是否会增加？才能评估你清洁验证是否都再进行
